Comeback aus dem Urlaub ohne Corona
100% Absicherung der Lieferfähigkeit während der Pandemie
In view of the again increasing corona infection figures, we are relying on clear rules for the return of employees from their summer holidays. In order to reduce the risk of potential infections in the company, we have presented an action plan for a safe start after the company holidays on August 10, 2020. In this way, we will ensure 100% delivery capability and protect all employees from potential infections after the company holidays.
We at Ginzinger electronic systems are implementing a very detailed action plan to ensure that the virus does not stand a chance. Among other things, this plan specifies employee corona tests on the first working day as well as a two-week home office phase. In view of the increasing number of new corona infections in Austria and potential introduction from pandemic areas through holiday trips, the aim is to ensure that development and production operations are maintained at 100% and employees are protected.
Almost at the same time as the Austrian Federal Government decided to reintroduce the obligation to wear masks in public areas, the regulation for returning to work after company holidays from July 27 to August 7, 2020 was presented:
- Carrying out coronate tests by the Red Cross after returning from vacation
- Renewed conversion to home office by the end of August for all areas where this is possible
- Maintenance of non-overlapping shift operation
- Consistent implementation of the already valid hygiene guidelines and access restrictions at all three Ginzing locations.
All known contact persons can be reached as usual under the known contact data.
Extensive measures for employees
Further organizational measures are to prevent the occurrence of SARS-CoV-2 at Ginzinger electronic systems after returning from vacation:
- No visits of colleagues at other locations
- No group formation during working hours and breaks
- Strict separation of personnel from production and office
Naturally, particular attention is paid to compliance with the general hygiene and clearance measures ordered by the authorities.
Together we are strong
The measures adopted shall apply until 28 August 2020, subject to an extension due to health regulations.
The corona virus has not yet been defeated. The measures for defence against infections must continue to be reviewed and adapted on an ongoing basis. Together we must prevent the virus from spreading again and protect customers and employees from health and economic damage.
