While the rapid, corona-induced conversion of the popular Ginzinger afternoon seminars to online webinars was carried out with conventional office equipment, new requirements arose. The need for further equipment to professionally conduct web conferences, training and product demonstrations.
With the implementation of a new web studio at Ginzinger, this is now possible. Equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, high-quality recordings can be made in the virtual studio environment in front of the green screen for a wide range of applications.
This means even more offers for further education for Ginzinger's interested parties and customers in the future. Courses and tutorials can now also be realized in an uncomplicated manner. In addition, the studio will be used in project meetings and for internal communication.
Four camera systems, including a PTZ camera for live demos and a macro camera for close-ups, guarantee high-resolution images and transmissions, for example during product demos. A sharp view of the presenter and technical details is thus guaranteed.
For optimal acoustics, wireless transmitters and several monitors for setting and checking the recordings or the transmission are provided. By means of a mini-mixer and stream deck it is possible to make optimizations and changes even during the broadcast. The web studio has professional studio lighting with keylights and an octobox. Modern software for (live) webinars supports the presenter during live streaming and also during post-production and optimization of recordings.
Thanks to the truss system used, on which the studio is based, nothing stands in the way of easy set-up and dismantling for possible use at several locations. In the future, employees will also have the opportunity to rent the Ginzinger web studio free of charge.
