Flutter on Embedded Linux
Google's alternative for embedded user interfaces will be examined in more detail in this webinar by our partner company Sequality.

Cross-platform development goes into the next round: In December 2018, Google unveiled the Flutter framework 1.0. This framework aims to be a cross-platform library for user interface development. It was launched at that time with the main focus on mobile platforms. In the meantime, there are also backends for Windows, Linux, MacOS and embedded Linux.
The technical architecture of the rendering engine currently relies on an independent layer for native OpenGL or Vulkan support. So-called "platform channels" can be used to work with native platform code. Initial tests on the Raspberry PI show that the technology has potential and pursues many innovative approaches.
our partner
