Color, team spirit, and creativity at Ginzinger
During a special team-building workshop, employees at Ginzinger electronic systems experienced how inspiring and bonding creative breaks can be—without any technical focus, but with lots of color and imagination.

This summer 2025, the focus at Ginzinger electronic systems was not on technology, but on people: Twelve employees swapped their work materials for paintbrushes and paints and enjoyed an artistic morning together. During the workshop with artist Ela Reitinger, alias Pink Art – known for her powerful, color-intensive workshops and trained by Hermann Nitsch – Ginzinger employees experienced creative freedom beyond their everyday working lives.
Break out, blossom, connect
"In technical professions in particular, it is beneficial to create without any specific goal in mind. The energy that arises during this creative, dynamic break often has a liberating effect that lasts long after," explains artist Ela Reitinger, who has been inspiring people and spaces with expressive action painting for over 20 years.
Her works are created in her studio in Geinberg and at workshops on Lake Garda, among other places, with a focus on emotional expressiveness and a playful approach.

This creative impulse was also clearly noticeable at Ginzinger: “It was exciting to try out new things and definitely a great contribution to team building,” said one participant from the purchasing department. “I thought it was great that we were given the opportunity to get to know each other better and have a lot of fun in the process,” added an employee from the goods receiving department.

Art with a lasting impact
The workshop was not only intended to promote creative development, but also specifically to encourage cross-departmental networking. In a relaxed atmosphere, conversations, understanding, and new perspectives emerged.
The participants now act as multipliers of this positive experience within the company. In this way, art becomes a connecting force in everyday working life.
