At the heart of the partnership between Ginzinger electronic systems and HTL Braunau is the shared goal of identifying and nurturing young talent early on, providing them with practical training, and preparing them as effectively as possible for the demands of industry and the professional world.

Close cooperation

HTL Braunau works closely with its training partners. Through ongoing communication with companies, the school receives continuous feedback on the needs of the regional economy. This feedback is directly incorporated into the training program, ensuring that the curriculum remains practical and forward-looking.
Ginzinger electronic systems also actively participates in this dialogue—with the goal of not only supporting the training program but also actively shaping it. This ensures that students develop exactly the skills that are in demand in the real world.

In addition, Ginzinger electronic systems is represented on the board of trustees of HTL Braunau—an important platform for dialogue between the school, the business community, and the public. The board’s goal is to actively support the further development of vocational training and to contribute insights from the real world.

This collaboration includes, among other things:

  • Consulting on the further development of academic programs and curricula
  • Support for investments and educational initiatives
  • Implementation of joint projects and thesis work
  • Promotion of talent and social skills

This close exchange fosters a continuous evaluation process that enables rapid and practical adaptation of educational content.

“For us, HTL Braunau is an important educational institution in the region that provides a solid technical foundation while also teaching students how to understand complex concepts and work in a practical, hands-on manner.”

Nurturing talent

This includes, in particular, supervising senior projects in which students tackle real-world technical challenges and turn their ideas into concrete solutions. A recent example is the senior project by a 5th-year student on the topic of high-frequency probes. This project demonstrates how sophisticated technical developments can be implemented even during the training phase.

In addition, Ginzinger electronic systems is involved in initiatives such as the HTL Mentorship Program for Girls, which specifically supports young women in establishing long-term careers in technical fields. Through the Board of Trustees, programs such as Technical Coaching are also implemented—featuring intensive training, seminar days, and high-quality internship opportunities for selected students.
Such initiatives are valuable for both sides: Young people gain practical experience, while innovative approaches and new perspectives emerge at the same time.

An environment that fosters motivation

In addition to providing technical support, Ginzinger electronic systems is also committed to creating a modern learning environment. As a partner of HTL Braunau, the company recently helped redesign two electronics labs. The rooms were branded with Ginzinger’s logo and equipped with numerous features. This creates an environment that fosters motivation and strengthens students’ connection to technology.

Furthermore, Ginzinger electronic systems, together with other partner companies, supports initiatives such as the Industry Space at HTL Braunau. This is a laboratory spanning over 200 m² where students from all fields of study work together on future-oriented challenges. The goal is to promote interdisciplinary thinking and optimally prepare tomorrow’s skilled workers for the demands of industry and the economy.

Education as an investment in the future

Our long-standing partnership with HTL Braunau demonstrates that successful training is the result of collaboration, practical relevance, and ongoing dialogue. Supporting young talent is an investment in the future—for Ginzinger electronic systems as well as for the entire region. That is precisely why we will continue to pursue this joint path with determination in the years to come.
