The competition is not connected to Facebook and is in no way sponsored, supported or organized by Facebook. The recipient of the information provided by the participant is not Facebook, but Ginzinger electronic systems GmbH as operator of the Ginzinger electronic systems Facebook page.
The registration for the competition starts on the day and time of the post in which the prize and the conditions of participation are announced. At the end of the period the winner will be determined. The winner will be notified via Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn.
Eligible to participate are all natural persons residing in Austria or Germany who have reached the age of 18 and meet the conditions stated in the post. Employees of Ginzinger electronic systems GmbH are excluded from the competition. Cash redemption of the prize is not possible. Participants agree to be notified and, if applicable, published in the media in the event of a win. The participant agrees to such publication. The winner must respond to the Messenger message within 3 business days (from notification of winning). If the winner does not confirm acceptance of his/her prize within this time, his/her claim to the prize will be forfeited without compensation. A replacement winner will then be determined using the same procedure. There is no obligation to accept the prize.
The prize must be collected in person at Ginzinger electronic systems (during opening hours), Gewerbegebiet Pirath 16, 4952 Weng im Innkreis or will be sent if required. All costs incurred by the participants as a result of participation shall be borne exclusively by the participant.
