Your tasks

  • You will be responsible for the operational and strategic purchasing of selected product groups.
  • You will conduct supplier research, obtain quotes, compare terms and conditions, and make informed purchasing decisions. Based on this, you will carry out product calculations.
  • You will conduct price and contract negotiations – in a solution-oriented manner, in partnership with suppliers, and with a view to long-term cooperation.
  • You will maintain and further develop our supplier portfolio and provide support in supplier management.
  • You will work closely with colleagues from production, planning, logistics, quality, and development to clarify requirements and find optimal procurement channels.
  • You will handle order processing, track deadlines, and ensure delivery capability.
  • You will analyze data, identify potential for optimization in processes, and actively contribute suggestions for improvement.

Your profile

  • Completed commercial or technical training (e.g., HAK, HLW, HBLA, apprenticeship, FH, university).
  • Initial experience in purchasing or supply chain environment is an advantage—but not a must.
  • Willingness to familiarize yourself with technical topics
  • You work in a structured, communicative, and solution-oriented manner.
  • Enjoy negotiating, have a good head for numbers, and an eye for efficient processes.
  • Confident use of MS Office; experience with ERP systems (proALPHA an advantage).
  • Team spirit, personal responsibility, and enthusiasm for doing things better.
