IT 1st & 2nd Level Support (m/f/d)

As part of our IT team, you’ll be the first point of contact for our employees and will ensure that hardware and software function reliably. You’ll work closely with internal departments and external partners and have the opportunity to further develop your professional skills.

• First point of contact for IT inquiries in 1st- and 2nd-level support
• Analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware and software issues
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining PCs, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
• Management of user accounts, permissions, and access rights
• Support in maintaining our IT infrastructure as well as the systems and applications in use
• Collaboration with external IT service providers
• Documentation of solutions, processes, and support cases
• Participation in IT projects and the continuous development of our IT landscape

• Completed training in the field of IT (e.g., apprenticeship, HTL, or comparable qualification)
• Initial professional experience in IT support is a plus
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, networks, and hardware
• Knowledge of Linux and visualization is a plus
• A structured, independent, and service-oriented approach to work
• Enjoyment of direct contact with users and solving technical challenges
• Ability to work well in a team, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn
• Good German language skills; English language skills are a plus
