Your tasks
- support and further development of our ERP system proALPHA and our BI tool Qlik
- analysis, modeling and optimization of business processes in close cooperation with the specialist departments
- configuration, implementation and customizing of functions in proALPHA and Qlik
- administration and maintenance of user and rights structures
- assisting with release changes, system enhancements and rollouts
- planning and conducting training courses for key users and users
- independent implementation and management of ERP and BI projects
- creation and maintenance of documentation and instructions
Your profile
- completed training with a focus on IT, business informatics or business administration (e.g. FH, HTL)
- initial experience in the field of ERP systems - ideally in a production company - advantageous
- very good understanding of business processes and a structured approach
- independent and solution-oriented way of working
- high level of service and customer orientation and willingness to work remotely on a case-by-case basis
- strong communication skills, team spirit and presentation skills
- very good written and spoken German and good English skills

Due to legal regulations, we announce the minimum salary according to the KV Metallgewerbe Angestellte of € 3,341.50 gross/month.
