Your tasks
- You develop, customize, and maintain proALPHA—from modules and interfaces to reports.
- You analyze business processes in production, purchasing, logistics, and sales—and implement technical improvements.
- With Qlik, you develop dashboards, KPIs, and BI solutions that enable data-driven decisions.
- You manage user and rights structures, support rollouts, and are responsible for releases.
- You train key users and other users—as a coach, sparring partner, and translator between IT and the specialist department.
- You document solutions and processes and ensure continuous further development.
Your profile
- Completed training or degree, e.g., in business informatics, computer science, business administration, or similar.
- Experience with ERP systems (ideally proALPHA) or high motivation to learn ERP programming.
- Understanding of business processes such as production, purchasing, logistics, and sales—and enjoyment in optimizing them.
- Analytical thinking, service-oriented approach to work, and willingness to take on responsibility.
- Strong communication skills, confident presentation skills, team-oriented – and able to translate IT logic into technical language.
- Very good German skills, English skills are an advantage.
