Your tasks

  • You are the contact person for our existing customers
  • You process technical customer inquiries/orders
  • You coordinate customer orders internally
  • You carry out order entry in the ERP system
  • You are the interface from the customer to production

Your profile

  • Technical education with several years of professional experience (e.g. LAP, FS, HTL,...)
  • Understanding of the processes in a production company
  • Experience in dealing with customers
  • Experience in dealing with ERP systems and MS-Office
  • Independent, accurate and structured way of working
  • Organizational talent

Minimum wage according to KV Metallgewerbe Angestellte from € 2,540.15 gross/month (basis 38.5 hours per week). Your actual salary is higher according to your qualifications, is agreed individually and ranges from € 2,870.- to € 3,470.- in combination with attractive social benefits.
