Your tasks
- You are the contact person for our existing customers
- You process technical customer inquiries/orders
- You coordinate customer orders internally
- You carry out order entry in the ERP system
- You are the interface from the customer to production

Your profile
- Technical education with several years of professional experience (e.g. LAP, FS, HTL,...)
- Understanding of the processes in a production company
- Experience in dealing with customers
- Experience in dealing with ERP systems and MS-Office
- Independent, accurate and structured way of working
- Organizational talent

Minimum wage according to KV Metallgewerbe Angestellte from € 2,540.15 gross/month (basis 38.5 hours per week). Your actual salary is higher according to your qualifications, is agreed individually and ranges from € 2,870.- to € 3,470.- in combination with attractive social benefits.
